One of my favorite record albums of all time is Bob Dylan’s “The Times, They Are a’Changin’”, which was released in 1964, in the middle of the Viet Nam war. Identity theft is when someone steals your personal information — like account numbers or Social Security numbers — and uses them to take money from those accounts, or open new accounts and max them out.
